The Commercial Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the commercial goals are and objectives are met and organized. Maintain internal communications with management and other departments aligned. Their input contributes valuable information to maintain and growth new & existing customers. Organize reporting, distributor strategy and support the market leader in any activity or task needed.
Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Support the commercial manager in meetings with distributors to identify gaps and proactively document the cases and then propose solutions in a timely manner.
- Works with the commercial manager actively in individual strategies to each distributor considering market share, regulatory updates, sales targets, purchase history, and potential obstacles to define our distributors goals.
- Active participation monitoring competitors to identify new trends in marketing, products or tendencies that could impact business operations working with other departments.
- Supports the commercial manager creating sales campaigns, discounts or promotions creating data to make decisions and document these processes.
- Dynamic participation with other departments such as customer experience, medical education, medical affairs, legal, finance, customer service, regulatory affairs and planning to understand the business in detail and innovate our processes to exceed the company goals.
- Works with our sales support specialist and commercial manager creating new traceability reports about sales, product specifications and forecasts.
- Helps to develop work instructions, flow charts, internal commercial policies along with the manager or any other documentation needed.
- Maintain and monitor effectively project planning and timing for completeness.
- Attends commercial events as needed as per commercial manager request.
- Owns our monthly distributor calls to measure progress about goals, strategy and review dashboards and trends.

Job Specifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related field.
- Ability to travel.
- English C1-C2.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer support principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Full command of Excel, Power Point, Visio, Power BI.
- Exceptional planning, organizational and problem-solving skills and time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to clearly and consistently present information to various levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
