Job Description:
- Must have good communication skills and should have basic knowledge of computer.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and control time effectively.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Problem-solving and professional attitude towards the customer all the time.
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Client dealing through different text based communication channels.
- Having the ability to work under pressure
Requirements:
- Required Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
- Minimum 0 to 1 years experience in customer service Representative.
- Must be punctual and quick learner.
