Customer Service Representative (Female) [Pakistan]


 

We are looking for a Female Customer Service Representative, having working experience in Amazon and EBay, and has the ability to handle multitasks and willingness to learn and grow within the role:

Job Description:

  • Must have good communication skills and should have basic knowledge of computer.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and control time effectively.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Problem-solving and professional attitude towards the customer all the time.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Client dealing through different text based communication channels.
  • Having the ability to work under pressure

Requirements:

  • Required Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
  • Minimum 0 to 1 years experience in customer service Representative.
  • Must be punctual and quick learner.

LOCATION: North Nazimabad, Karachi

TIME: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm

WORKING DAYS: Monday - Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
