Job Description
Reporting to the Founders of the company, as Head of Business Development you will be responsible for the entire Business Development team and the operational framework that governs them. You will implement and develop internal processes and utilise tools such as CRM software to manage, track and report on your team. Your sales operations background will serve as a foundation for your success in this role. Overseeing, monitoring and tweaking your team's cold emailing strategy will play a key part of your role whilst also considering other channels such as LinkedIn. You will mentor and train your existing team and when necessary grow your team, identifying candidates via appropriate channels. You’ll be required to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on your team's activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing a remote sales team
- 5+ years of experience executing and managing cold email campaigns, the software used to execute them and how to improve and measure deliverability.
- Capable of designing and implementing robust business processes - A sound understanding of CRM software from a managerial perspective. You understand how to implement and development CRM software in order to optimise sales performance - Able to build clear and concise reports of your teams KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Has previous experience in a sales role (Representative, Account Manager, Sales Manager) and understands the art of sales.
- Comfortable working in a ‘start-up’ like environment - Hardworking, driven and thrives in a challenging environment
Tasks:
- Reviewing the current tools/software and processes in place, making recommendations for positive change and then leading the firm through these changes
- Working closely with the Founder’s you will implement these changes whilst incorporating the founder's requests
- Managing a small team of Business Development representatives
- Mentoring and supporting your team on a daily basis
- Reporting on your teams performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis - Reviewing the core channels that we use to sell our services and making recommendations from optimisation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
