USANA Europe is seeking a dependable, diligent, and skilled individual to join our team temporarily as a human resource administrator and office coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible at ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment an order is placed to the time the customer receives their product.
As an HR admin and office coordinator at USANA, you will oversee and maintain the internal functions of USANA’s European headquarters. In addition, you will coordinate the monthly payroll with providers in our six European markets as well as be responsible for the employee database (Oracle) and physical records and ensure confidentiality of those records. Your ability to be highly organized and proactive in coordinating HR issues in collaboration with the HR department at our corporate headquarters and resolving concerns will be important to your success. As you develop in this position, you will be given opportunities to learn about and make an impact on our growing European market.

Role is a fixed-term contract position
Additional Essential Functions
- Act as the primary contact for building management, insurance agencies, and other suppliers
- Under the supervision of the U.S. HR department, ensure compliance with local employment/labor law, safety requirements, or other local requirements
- Responsible for maintaining the schedule of the general manager for USANA Europe, including travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and other ad hoc assignments
- Assist in maintaining and processing some employee benefits such as leave and product offerings
- Manage employee wellness program alongside the general manager
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
- Commercial training in the field of HR or as an office assistant required (Personalsachbearbeiter*in, Fremdsprachenassistenz oder Bürokaufmann/-frau)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, office management, business administration, or personal assistance
- Professional fluency of German and English
- Good understanding of local employment/labor requirements, including fire, work accident, chamber of commerce, or other relevant trade/work associations
- Strong collaborative skills
- Excellent organizational and team support skills
