Our Traralgon Branch are looking for an experience Customer Experience Expert with to start ASAP and be able to hit the ground running!


  • Perm Part Time role
  • 20-25hrs per week

About the Role:

  • Face to Face customer service
  • Greeting customers and visitors at reception with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Ensuring our customers have the best experience within the Branch
  • Answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
  • Explore customer needs and educate on our full scope of services
  • Source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries

About You:

  • Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • Experience delivering a high level of customer service both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent - Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a current drivers licence!
  • Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
  • Ability to work in fast paced workplace
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
