Our Traralgon Branch are looking for an experience Customer Experience Expert with to start ASAP and be able to hit the ground running!
Perm Part Time role- 20-25hrs per week
About the Role:
- Face to Face customer service
- Greeting customers and visitors at reception with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Ensuring our customers have the best experience within the Branch
- Answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
- Effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
- Explore customer needs and educate on our full scope of services
- Source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries
About You:
- Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service both face to face and over the telephone.
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent - Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a current drivers licence!
- Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
- Ability to work in fast paced workplace
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
