Role Responsibilities

Secretarial & Administrative Support

Provide high level quality secretarial and administrative support to the Head, Affluent Segment & Strategic Alliance

  • Perform day to day secretarial support.
  • Provide administrative support to the teams.
  • Prepare/Coordinate the preparation of business documents.
  • Organization, filing and distribution of office materials.
  • Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting and actively managing the calendar of the Head, Affluent Segment & Strategic Alliance.
  • Arrange the logistics for events for team level communication/ townhall/ engagement lunch etc.
  • Arrange /prepare logistic matters of business trips including air ticket, hotel accommodation, visa and transportation.
  • Visitor and telephone screening and handling of both internal and external correspondence.
  • Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports.
  • Follow up outstanding issues with internal department or external customers as directed by Head, Affluent Segment & Strategic Alliance.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

  • Business & Product Heads in CPBB, Hong Kong & Group Affluent Segment
  • Secretaries / PA(s) / EA(s) / Sales Support Officers
  • Internal support functions - Finance, IT, Vendor Management
  • External vendors - Travel Agent / Service Providers
