About your role
We have an interesting opportunity for a talented IT Project Manager to join ASEE’s team in Romania! In this role, you will support client’s requests inside the assigned country, according to company technical procedures, standards, policies and customer requirements, in order to provide assistance, advice and proper understanding of the usage of the products.
What are the Key Challenges and Goals?
Project Management:
Lead and manage assigned small or medium size projects to deliver them on time, budget and meeting their business objectives.
Actively manage the customer in order to secure acceptance of project deliverables.
Ensure project compliance to ASEE standards and methodologies.
Project risk management:
Identify, assess and evaluate project risks and issues and take proactive actions to minimize the impact on the project of negative risk events or issues and to enhance the probability of positive events.
Manage assigned risk budget as part of the overall project budget in order to minimize its use so that project margin can be improved.
Project documentation:
Ensure all project documentation is available in the project repository, complete, actual, meeting ASEE document management standards and client requirements as defined in the project/contract / Change Requests.
Resource Management:
Plan and manage resources in terms of people, materials, equipment, facilities and time allocated to specific project activities.
Financial Project Management:
Execute assigned projects according to approved Project Card and Project Plan in order to meet or exceed the assigned budget.
Maintain an up to date project card and meet ASEE project financial reporting requirements.
Project Monitoring and control:
Proactively monitor project progress and status and provide factual, complete, timely and accurate status information to project stakeholders as per agreed ASEE project reporting standards.
Client and stakeholder management:
Successfully build and manage the relationship with the client and ASEE stakeholders in order to meet or exceed client needs, secure client satisfaction and generate new business opportunities with the client.
Quality management:
Implement and follow ASEE quality management standard in order to meet the quality requirements of assigned projects.
Bid Management:
Act as a bid manager or a member of an established bid team on assigned deals. Prepare project offers or their components in line with client requests, ASEE strategy and management guidance.
Innovation and improvement:
Identify and propose ways to improve or optimize the way ASEE does business.
Deliver assigned internal projects related to the implementation of such improvements.
About you
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within the IT area, within the following:
- Project management and project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile /Scrum)
- Project risk management
- Project financial management
- Stakeholder management
- Building relationship with clients.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good knowledge of Project Management Framework
- Understanding of common software development life cycle methodologies
- Customer Focused
- Delivering Results
- Problem Solving & Decision Making.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any additional Project Management Certification is considered a plus.
