Job Description
- Support with developing the advertising solutions adoption & monetization strategy and related operational roadmaps on different timeframes (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to deliver on KPI and company objectives
- Monitoring actual performance and providing data-driven insights in order to improve return on ad spend and revenues, and to support sales divisions
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (commercial and category teams, finance, operations, regional marketing, product teams) and upper management to drive operational excellence
- Automating and standardizing internal operational procedures and cross-department operations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing and/or strategy related jobs
- Marketing/Statistics/Business Management related bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Master degree is a strong plus
- Previous hands-on experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Smartly, Adjust and other marketing tools it a strong plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Powerpoint/Excel Advanced); SQL knowledge is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of online advertising landscape, key players, technologies and algorithms
- Excellent ability in using data to measure performance, infer conclusions and make decisions
- Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and cross functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Proven track record in managing a team of marketing professionals
- Strong appetite for technical projects, innovation and automation
