We are seeking a well-presented customer service cum beautician to deliver exceptional beauty services to our clients. Your ability to actively listen to clients and offer them the best treatment and services will be crucial.
Main responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, liaise and arrange appointments for clients.
- Handle client requests and enquiries when necessary.
- Maintain excellent client service and build client loyalty at all times.
- To ensure client data entry and records are kept accurately and up to date.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort with a smooth flow of patient care.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, treatment quality and treatment education.
- Responsible for documenting accurate and timely treatment notes.
- Responsible for price quoting, providing consent forms, pre and post procedure protocol, discussing treatment in details, etc.
- Responsible for looking ahead at schedule, anticipating requirements and alerting management of any issues pertaining to consumables, supplies and related matters.
- Working closely with the doctor to provide appropriate aesthetic services.
- To do other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Essential skills:

- Work experience minimum 1 year
- Experience working in an aesthetic clinic or medical spa is an added advantage.
Desired skills:
- Experience delivering medical grade facial treatments.
- Laser core knowledge.
